Welcome! My name is Amy, and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and Myofunctional Therapist. My extensive dental background and clinical experience brings a thorough, thoughtful, and patient-centred approach to myofunctional therapy. My own myofunctional issues helps direct my therapy practice, offering my patients a clear and concise approach to reaching their goals. My objective is to provide the best possible care to my patients, while offering support through their myofunctional journey!
When I am not working, you can find me at home with my husband, working on fun home renovation projects, or walking, running, or hiking with my Golden Retriever, Romy. I am also a major foodie and I love to explore cuisine in Calgary, as well as around the world. Besides my career achievements, I have climbed both Mt Kilimanjaro in Africa, and Mt Fuji in Japan. Next on the list - Everest Base Camp!

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist based in Calgary, and I am incredibly excited to be shifting my focus toward Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT).
With my kids growing into their own exciting stages of life—my son busy with hockey, my middle daughter mastering her driving lessons, and my oldest graduating high school and heading off to the University of Calgary for business—it is the perfect season for me to pour my energy into this passion!
If you know me, you know I have a massive love for learning new things. Diving deep into OMT allows me to bring specialized care to my clients to improve their overall wellness.
When I am not focused on oral health, life is all about family, fitness, and adventure. My husband and I love staying active together, and we are huge foodies whenever we travel to new places. Back home, you can usually find me outdoors hiking, walking our dogs, or hanging out with the kids—whenever they actually let me!
